My own CRAZY JOURNEY

Yes, a day ago I had the most craziest journey and I never once thought I will complete it!
So Ill start from the beginning.
Firstly, today I was supposed to go to Crystal Crown Hotel, Petaling Jaya to watch the national Chinese debate final with Vooi Vrung and two of my juniors Choi Man and Huey Yi.
The night before that we posted on our own group and they confirmed they will be at the Kepong KTM station at 7.30 a.m

By the way, this will be my second time taking the KTM this week.
I arrived early at 7.15 a.m and started to wait.
And then I waited till 8.00 a.m, and I was starting to panic.
Where those guys could have been?
So I called Yewa and got Pei Kay's number from her, then I called Pei Kay.
I told her about my problem and I got Vooi Vrung's number from her,
I called 3 times in a row and he didn't answer my calls, isssh!!!
I started to get a bit frustrated then Pei Kay tried calling Choi Man for me but it was fruitless.
Then I reached Vooi Vrung, FINALLY!
AND YOU KNOW WHAT? HE JUST WOKE UP AND SAID HE WASN'T GOING.

This was how I felt.

And then I assumed that the girls won't be going too.
I was starting to get angry and Pei Kay suggested that I make a one man journey to Mid Valley.
I was debating with myself on what should I do next
I didn't dare call my father, I don't want to anger him  or get into trouble.
Then I decided with a lot of anger Ill go to the hotel by MYSELF!
So I called Vooi Vrung and asked for directions.
After all these calls, it was 8.45 a.m , mind you, you can see how angry I am by the moment.
So my own journey began!!

So I took the Kepong KTM to KL Sentral stop to switch taking the LRT to Taman Jaya where the hotel was.
Then on upon buying my token, I took the escalator up and saw the LRT arriving!!
I just wanted to get in by time and I didn't notice where it was going!!
And then I realised this LRT was going to the opposite direction of my supposed destination! Oh damn, and I passed by for 5 stops before realising this!
I panicked and I called Vooi Vrung, so he told me to get out by the next stop and take the LRT going to the opposite direction.
I followed his instructions and finally I am on the right course!
Phew! Luckily, but I wasted a lot of time and the competition was about to start!

OK, after so many diffculties I arrived at the Taman Jaya station.
So I called Vooi Vrung and he gave me directions,
but then I THINK ITS NOT MY PROBLEM ITS HIS because I walked around in circles and I CIRCLED AMCORP MALL FOR 3 TIMES DAMN HIM.
Then I realised where I SHOULD GO, Its a RIGHT TURN not LEFT!!!!
He kept saying left argh!
Anyway and then after another 10 minutes walk I FINALLY OH MY LORD I FINALLY REACHED CRYSTAL CROWN HOTEL!!

Ah but the competition almost ended, it was 10.30 a.m when I arrived there,
Anyway I took photos and notes of the competition and witnessed the closing ceremony.
I was 1pm then I started my journey back home.
Haha considering I won't be lost and running around in circles again, the journey back was surprisingly short to me.

I stopped at Amcorp Mall for a while to buy a Frappuchino at Starbucks, lucky it was my only consolation on this hot day.

So I took the LRT then switched to the KTM at KL Sentral back home, hurra!
It was nearly 2.10 p.m when I arrived back at the Kepong KTM Station!!
And then I faced another problem.
NO ONE CAN FETCH ME BACK!
My father already told me he had work to do, I don't want to trouble him then I was supposed to go to Jaclyn's house at 3pm!

I was thinking what I should do and then it occured in me to take a taxi, but unfortunately I can't see a single taxi and I only had RM 20, its just not enough.
I wanted to call for help but THANKS TO VOOI VRUNG BECAUSE OF HIS DIRECTIONS I WASTED RM 30 credit!!!
MY CREDIT LEFT WAS RM 0.50, could it be any worse?

And then I don't know what came into me,
I was crazy to even think about it,
but then I decided that I WILL WALK BACK HOME.
I don't know, I started walking all the way,the journey was 5km!
I knew the directions, and I took the highway road and walked all the way!
I was scared actually, I keep looking behind my back because there are kidnapping cases.
But then I thought I was walking beside a road full of cars
If im kidnapped I can cause a diversion anyway,
I kept on walking and walking.
I don't know how I managed it.
And then thank God, I finally reached my neighbourhood
I decided to walk to Jaclyn's house first
My watch was already 3.10p.m
Ive been walking for an hour.
And the sun was very hot
My shirt was full of sweat and sweat dripped into my eyes that I had to use a tissue.
I was starting to feel worn out when I was passing Bandar Sri Damansara Club
Then this quotation came into my head:
If you're thinking of giving up, think of the reason why you stayed on for so long!!

I encouraged myself to keep on walking, and finally on what seemed like an hour ( 20 minutes in actual )
I finally reached Jaclyn's house estate,
And then Jaclyn's mum came to fetch me because the stupid guards won't let me in, damn it.
Finally I reached Jaclyn's house and we started to do her Totoro puzzle together =)
I was a bit exhausted but nevertheless quite happy that I finally completed my journey,
Jaclyn's mum asked me how I arrived here and I told her I walked all the way back
Both of them stared at me in disbelief, haha quite funny actually
Had a great time with Jaclyn, the puzzle wasn't finished of course.
Spent about 2 hours there then both of them fetched me home.

In these unusual turn of events,
Im quite grateful to be back home
I thought what I did today was exceptionally crazy
But nevertheless it taught me to be independent


I thought I learned a lot!
