During the exam period
Yeah 3 papers left.
Then its really the end of secondary school life.
It seems like the exams took ages.
Though i went to One Utama after my Moral Paper :P
Its nice walking around relaxing after such a long period of time.
Yesterday was the add maths exam.
Before sitting for paper 2 in the afternoon,
Had a nice chat with my besties and friends from other class.
Jac and Hwei. These two crazy girls light up my life.
Though i admitted to Jac that i was not keen to have a close relationship anymore with another friend (lets call her Ann)who was once very close with me and Hwei.
It changed during Form 4.
Well as Hwei and I were determined to take art stream, while most of the others, including Ann, Jac and Joey took science. So automatically we studied at different classes.
Somehow i think that Hwei and I had took a positive change towards our own personalities. Because our classmates were fun, energetic, sincere and honest.
So we opened up and we became more honest towards ourselves, and towards everyone. In chinese the exact word is 坦荡.
Ill say sorry first to my friends who are in science stream reading this post. Because Hwei and I rather talked a lot of bad stuff about some of the science stream students.
Because Hwei and I were happy, and relieved we shook ourselves free from the hypocrites from science stream. Instead we studied and played hard with much much sincere friends
What do i mean by hypocrites? Like comparing results and shooting down other people because they got higher marks in an exam than you. Whining that the exam paper was hard, you have no idea how to do and then got a result of 99, those who were once classmates acting like they're good friends with you and then intentionally asking you for exam tips, then ignoring you afterwards.
We were sick of it. We had enough.
Though not all of them acted like this :) i met some very good people in science stream. But its undeniable that there is a bad culture of unhealthy competetiveness in science stream. ( that's just my opinion, sorry)
Haha but Jac and Joe Yee were different.
Hwei and I studied in the same class, while Jac and Joe Yee were in the same class.
So our time in school together became less compared to Form 3.
But somehow when we got together the friendly atmosphere never changed.
When we sat together we can chat, laugh, fool around and crap almost everything :P
Maybe that's the magic between us :)
Our friendship will last forever :P
So coming back to Ann, unfortunately something changed between us.
Sadly to say she partly resembles the hypocrites i mentioned earlier ( sorry Ann)
But thats just one of the factors.
Seemingly her personality does not suit me and Hwei anymore.
I mean we can have mutual topics but im not keen to be close friends with her.
She's just not honest enough for me. 她对我来说是个有心计的人.
Sorry but if things can't work out then there's no point convincing yourself to accept it.
Some friends are your past, once you know someone you will know whether he or she suits you after a period of time. Sad to say that Ann is officially not in my list.
But im grateful that I have Hwei, Jac and Joe Yee.
You don't need to have many friends to boast with.
You just need to develop a bond with someone worthy.
And glad to say Ive found it :)
