I guess it was my first time
Hoping that a guy would somehow mean his words
We were completely strangers
Yet you manage to make my heart wander round and round

I didn't know why I trusted you.
perhaps you brought out that part in me
But yet you acted hot and cold
now im at a loss

My rational side tells me that you are merely just having a fun time.
My emotional side tells me to keep on waiting
Yet deep down I know that Im still refusing to let go with a glimmer of hope
No one is to blame but myself

As you said nothing happened
I would have known
That you don't mean it

But what you said is right
I need to be stronger
And be myself
Thank you for making me grow
And hopefully by the time we meet
It will provide us closure :)
